Who we are

Azoos Events is a trading name of AZOOS RECORDS COMPANY LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16470928, with its registered office at 102 Goldbeaters Grove, Edgware, England, HA8 0QA.

We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, please email booking@azoosevents.co.uk.

What we collect

Enquiries. When you request a quote through our website, we collect your name, email address and phone number, your company name if you give it, and the event details you enter: event type, date, venue or postcode, the LED solution and screen size, indoor or outdoor setting, any additional services and any other details you choose to add.

Messages. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive your contact details and the content of your messages. After you send an enquiry, our website offers to open WhatsApp with your enquiry details already filled in; sending that message is optional.

Website measurement, only with your consent. If you accept cookies, Google Analytics and Google Ads record how you use the site, such as the pages you view, the device and browser you use, how you arrived (including from one of our adverts) and whether you send an enquiry. When you send an enquiry, they receive a reference number for it, never your name or contact details.

Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic request information to deliver pages and keep the site secure. Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to deliver them.
